Naz VFD receives donation

  • The 100 Club of the Texas Panhandle made a stop at the Nazareth Volunteer Fire Department to visit with and present the VFD with a $15,000 check. The donation to the fire department, as well as several other volunteer fire departments in the Panhandle, was made possible through a hat promotion by Hometown Hats Co. of Lubbock, Lubbock Professional Firefighters Association, and Amarillo Professional Firefighters Local 542, with distribution of funds through the 100 Club.
