Annual garage sale set for June 1

The Chamber of Commerce Annual Garage Sale Day has been set for Saturday, June 1 with some new changes in place.

The Chamber will not be handing out signs for the event this year.

Those interested in participating can obtain a form at the Chamber office or find the word doc link on the Chamber Facebook page for download.

The Chamber will be making a list of all garage sales happening in and right outside of the Dimmitt city limits at no charge. Specific items will not be listed, just the name and address.

The list of sales will be posted at shops all around Dimmitt the week of the sale.

For those wishing to set up on the square, the fee is still $50. Money for booths and forms to be added to the list are due no later than May 25.
