WTAMU Spring Commencement scheduled for May 11

Nearly 1,500 West Texas A&M University students are expected to take part in three commencement ceremonies on May 11.

“Commencement is a wonderful opportunity for our campus to celebrate the culmination of student success and the faculty members who have guided their academic journey,” said Dr. Neil Terry, provost and executive vice president for academic affairs.

In all, WTAMU expects to see 1,273 spring graduates and 195 projected August graduates to be recognized in the May ceremonies.

Commencement exercises will begin at: -10 a.m. for the Paul Engler College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences and Terry B. Rogers College of Education and Social Sciences; -2 p.m. for the Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business and Sybil B. Harrington College of Fine Arts and Humanities; and -6 p.m. for the College of Engineering and College of Nursing and Health Sciences.

Each ceremony will be livestreamed at wtamu.edu/ commencement.
