Bryan Carter Mayfield, 63, passed away on Sept. 25, 2020 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Bryan was born on Feb. 8, 1957 in Dimmitt, Texasto Herb and Dorothy Mayfield. Bryan is remembered as a loving father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. Bryan attended Dimmit High School and continued his education and pursued passion of art and graphic design at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.

Bryan is survived by his son, Devin Mayfield; sister, Marla Gerdes; brother, Britt Mayfield; and many loved special friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Herb Mayfield, and mother, Dorothy Mayfield.

Bryan spent his final months in St. Paul, Minnesota and had the opportunity to spend precious time with his son, Devin, and cherished community of friends.

Solomon’s Porch church family in Minneapolis is honoring Bryan with a Celebration of Life memorial serviceon Saturday, Oct. 10 at 1p.m. at Minnehaha Park, Picnic spot B in the Wabun Picnic area, Pastor Nikki Frontz officiating. ydxj3DVpA4YKSfUR6

After the service at the pavilion they will walk to the Mississippi River to spread Bryan’s ashes.

Bryan BeCe Mayfield’s family invites people to donate funds to Solomon’s Porch in honor of BeCe in lieu of flowers. The funds would go toward the cost for his Celebration of Life and the rest would go toward the church’s general budget.
