The Herd continues to win at home! We took down the Caprock Longhorns with a 16-3 victory! Today’s clincher belongs to Zamiha Escobedo (center), who secured the team’s 10th win with an 8-2 victory in singles. Thursday, August 20 the team hosts Randall.
Hereford’s Team won in both of its matches in Lubbock bring its overall record to 8-4. Emma Council clinched the 10th win against Lubbock Coronado this morning as The Herd finished with a dominant 18-1 victory. Nataly Cervantes won in both singles and doubles this afternoon, securing the 10th win and helping The Herd finish with an 11-8 win over Lubbock Monterey. Also pictured is team member Macy Betzen. It was a true team win, with key victories from both the boys and girls in doubles and singles. Macy Betzen clinched the 10th win of the dual with a dominant performance in singles and doubles. In the afternoon, The Herd battled hard but came up short against Lubbock Cooper, falling 7-12.
