Rogers, renowned former History and shop teacher at Hereford High School, president of the Texas Archaeological Society and Panhandle Archaeological Society, and Region I Texas Archaeological Society director, will speak on Hereford’s POW Camp in World War II: The Town, the Camp, the People at 10:30 a.m. in the Saint Mary’s Parish Hall Saturday, November 22.
