Hereford’s Kiwanis Club kept up its tradition of serving pancakes on Election Day this week. The club served pancakes and sausage at the Hereford High School Cafeteria as polls wrapped up voting procedures. Pictured are members of the Hereford club flipping pancakes, serving and mixing dough.

Tuesday, November 11, marks the 2025 observance of Veterans Day in Hereford and across the United States.County Veterans Service Officer Albert Sciumbato reports that as of September 30 of 2024 there were 479 Veterans in Deaf Smith County according to Veterans Administration state records.
