The State Fair of Texas, it will be returning in 2021 after a disappointing shut down in 2020 and causing numerous Castro County exhibitors to cancel trips. Despite the shutdown, students across the state still received Big Tex Scholarships for $6,000, including Kari Schulte of Nazareth High School.
