The Castro County grand jury sent down an indictment on Francisco “Frankie” Martinez for the 2019 murder of 42-year-old Raquel Salinas. The charge of murder is a 1st degree felony.
According to DA/County Attorney Shalyn Hamilin, the recent indictment was the second, with the first one needing a couple of corrections.
