Longhorn Robotics Team #21780, with team members Delylah Saldana, Sarah Morales, and Diego Longoria, competed at the FIRST Tech Challenge in the rankings AmTech in Amarillo and moved from 24th to 21st in the rankings with three wins and two losses.
Dimmitt Robotics Team is first in the FTC league ranking and achieved the second highest score in the state of Texas. Robotics teams members include Juan Cruz, Enrique Holguin, Joel Grado, Keenan Hernandez, Pablo Perez, Daniel Duenes, Promise Herrera, Jasiah Tavarez Eric Duenas and Faith Bell. Dimmitt teams competed at FTC Meet #3 this past weekend.
Nazareth Team #18570 is the school’s second most experienced team. Team members include Harrison Meador, Spencer Acker Adrian Rios, Breck Proctor, and Michael Fulkerson.
Nazareth Team #16617 is the most experienced in the robotics program, with team members Luke Schulte, Tanner Birkenfeld, Chloe Birkenfeld , and Aiden Chea.
Hart Robotics Team #19782, with team members Nidia Minjarez, Ty Rhodes and Jord’n Carrasco, competed at the FIRST Tech Challenge at AmTech in Amarillo and from 18th place into 9th place in the rankings with four wins and one loss.
