Physical exams for all current Dimmitt High School high school students joining band or athletics will be held May 11.
Students have received a flyer with all necessary information and a QR code to complete the physicals packet online at forms.gle/c4YbEno4mVLygJuj6.
The physical packet should be completed by May 9.
Paper copies of the physicals packet available upon request.
