We begin to squirm as the gas gauge plummets; we dread another fill-up.
Some postpone the inevitable until the warning light alerts them. Why do we procrastinate? Will it be cheaper down the road? There is no guarantee of a reduced price; the price fluctuates and the possibility of running out of gas is real.
