This past Saturday, May 28, Dimmitt Bobcat Band percussionist Paden Mick performed in the Texas State Solo & Ensemble Contest in Pflugerville, earning a 2nd Division Excellent rating for his solo performance. Paden has qualified for the TSSEC all four years in high school. Paden, a 2022 DHS graduate, plans to attend West Texas A&M this fall and major in music education.
