  • Dimmitt FCCLA students volunteered at the South Plains Food Bank apple orchard near Lubbock. They picked 120 buckets of apples, bagged and filled seven large containers of washed apples, and laughed and talked and giggled the whole time. The orchard staff was so sweet to the kids and answered so many questions. SPFB thanked the students for coming out to help. FCCLA also thanked the University Ave. restaurants for serving them lunch.
