Sheriff’s Office warns of scam
The Castro County Sheriff ’s Office recently received information from a citizen concerning call received about civil papers.
According to the report, the call came from a woman claiming to have civil papers for her husband and he should call back.
The Sheriff’s Office said it is a scam.
