A 13-year-0ld Texas girl was found in North Carolina in a shed after online grooming, abduction and rape. The girl had been missing for two weeks.
Police discovered that she had been communication with a 34-year-old man online, and after the girl’s mother gave all her daughter’s online activity, her digital footprint led them right to the suspect, Jorge Ivan Santos Camacho.
Law enforcement believe Camacho lured the girl through social media.
The owner of the property where the shed was located said Camacho had been living there for the past two years The suspect has been charged with the abduction of a child, felonious restraint, human trafficking, two counts of statutory rape of a child, two counts of statutory sex offense with a child and indecent liberties.
Law enforcement urged parents to monitor their children are doing on line to avoid predators and situation such as this.
