Red Raiders Day of Giving tops fundraising goal

The Red Raiders inaugural Texas Tech Day of Giving brought in donors from coast to coast to raise three times the fundraising goal. Thanks to the generosity of more than 1,200 Red Raiders from 33 states, more than $300,000 was raised to benefit students and projects across the university.

Amarillo expands animal rescue partnerships

Amarillo announced it is expanding rescue partnerships for the Amarillo Animal Management and Welfare Department. This means more animals will have a chance to find a home due to AAMW expanding partnerships with animal welfare organizations and groups, according to the city of Amarillo.

Hoetling Siblings compete in Denton

Hadlee and Chandler Hoetling competed at the North Texas Fair in Denton and represented Naz Ag very well. Hadlee was Reserve Breed Shorthorn in Ring B and Chandler won Reserve Breed Mini Hereford in Ring A and B.
