Hereford Brand Publisher Jeff Blackmon and award-winning columnist Kerrie Steiert, who has a long history of news and column writing with The Brand, were inducted into the Panhandle Press Association Hall of Fame at ceremonies during the 117th PPA Convention Saturday at the Hereford Country Club. Also inducted was Neoma Williams of Hart, long-time publisher of The Hart Beat and The Pulse.
