Castro County 4-H shooters Harrison and Oliver Meador

Castro County 4-H shooters Harrison and Oliver Meador competed at the AIM Grand National Youth Championships at the World Shooting & Recreational Complex in Sparta, Illinois. Worth areas. Harrison was on a sub-junior team with 4-H members from Snyder, Waco and Fort Worth areas representing Texas. They placed second in the singles competition. Oliver was Pre-Sub Junior Runner Up Champion in International Wobble. Harrison tied for 8th in sub-junior singles, shooting 197/200 targets, and Oliver was lOth in pre-sub junior, shooting 188/200 targets, against competitors from all over the nation. Next up for the pair is the ATA Grand American.
