Bobcats fall to River Road

While both the Dimmitt Bobcats and River Road Wildcats had their offenses going, the Bobcats fell 21-11 in a high scoring game.

River Road got things going with a single home run and marched on racking up runs through the sixth and final inning, taking the lead the rest of the game in the third inning.

The Bobcats scored five runs run in the second inning and continued to put runs on the board, but the Wildcats outbatted them for the win.

Losing pitcher for the Bobcats was Jose Medina, who went two innings with 31 strikes for 54 pitches and one strikeout, surrendering four hits, 10 runs and one homerun. Edwin Macias pitches for 3.2 innings, with 42 strikes for 89 pitches with two strikeouts, surrendering six hits, 11 runs and four walks.
