The Panhandle Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) will be holding a Summer Camp Night event at the Dimmitt High School football field from 6-9 p.m. on June 27.
Schools invited to participate include Dimmitt, Nazareth, Hart, Hereford, Tulia, Bovina, Friona - both junior high and high student athletes are welcome.
There will be lots of food, fun, dodgeball and worship.
FCA provides athletes and coaches the opportunity to reach their potential by offering athletic, spiritual and leadership in positive environments.
There will be a FCA camp also at Texas Tech on June 28-29 for grades 7-12. , This two-day camp will provide physical and spiritual training experiences at Texas Tech's Jones AT&T Stadium.
Campers will compete as huddles in a variety of fun games and be engaged in worship, equipped with biblical teaching, and empowered to grow in their faith, character, and leadership.
At check-in, each camper will receive an athlete Bible, FCA camp shirt, FCA lanyard/name tag, and schedule. Box Lunches and water will be provided both days of camp.
