A teenage driver has been arrested and charged after a fatal crash that occurred on June 7, leaving two Dimmitt men dead and one severely injured.Dawson Pemberton, 19, was charged last Wednesday with two counts of manslaughter and one count of aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
