Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom. (Psalms 90:12 NLT) The brevity of life is a reality, but we often view it as a fantasy. Most deal with the brevity of life by just ignoring it. I had an epiphany a few years back: Gravity wins.

A Lubbock man was found guilty for his involvement in the Jan. 6, 2022 breach of the U.S. Capitol. According to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Ryan Scott Zink, 34, had been charged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia with: 18 U.S.C.

New services provided by HPWD

On Oct 1, HPWD will launch a new interactive portal for customers requesting water well permit applications and water well registrations. This service should expedite a request for a permit application or well registration at HPWD.
