Rep. King to be in Dimmitt Nov. 19

On Wednesday, November 19, Representative Ken King will be touring a segment of House District 88 to discuss the 89th Regular Legislative Session as well as the Special Sessions that followed.
Congratulations to University Interscholastic League (UIL State Cross Country qualifiers from Hart for representing Hart ISD at the state meet last week. Results included: 20th Lexi Cisneros 12:57; 25th America Flores 13:00 and 54th Avram Morales 18:45.

In the early 80’s, perhaps around 82 or 83, my Grandma Sammons went on an actual road trip/vacation with two of her more worldly sisters.I believe it was the only real vacation she ever took in her entire life.She did it right, though.
