Make Ready the way of the Lord

What does it mean to “make ready the way of the Lord”? The initial context in the book of Isaiah can give us more clarity İsaiah’s contemporaries had complained to God: “My way is hidden from Yahweh, and the justice due to me is passed away from my God” (Isa 40:27).

DHS graduating senior Lizbeth Fuentes

DHS graduating senior Lizbeth Fuentes earned a Panhandle-Plains Higher Education Foundation Windmill Scholarship for $4,000, renewable each year. Students are required to be enrolled in full-time college; Lizbeth plans to attend WTAMU in the fall. She is the daughter of Martha and Francisco Fuentes.

Naz FFA cotton judging team competed in San Angelo at the state contest. They finished 23r out of 102 teams.

Eighth grade students at Dimmitt Middle School

Eighth grade students at Dimmitt Middle School were invited to participate in a video contest that was presented by the Communities in Schools Site Coordinator. In the video the students had to discuss the challenges they were presented during the school year and how they worked to overcome those.
