Friday afternoon a pair of landspouts popped up in Castro County at around 4:30 p.m.Castro County Sheriff Sal Rivera reported the first was located at County Road 511 and County Road 613C.He added the second one was located west of County Road 510A and between Texas Highway 86 and FM 2392.Rivera said the weather phenomenon did not produce any injuries or major damage....
