New books, courtesy of a $1,000 grant awarded recently to Rhoads Memorial Library, are displayed by Gaye Reily, left, and Sulema Oltivero of the local library. We are in the middle of registration here at Rhoads Memorial Library for our annual Summer Reading Program. Set to be conducted June 2 through July 24, 2026, the program is geared toward Castro County youngsters from toddlers (parents can read to them) through age 17.
