The Castro County Commissioners Court met on Feb. 24 and approved a proposal to purchase property in Hart.
The county submitted a big of $5,350, of which the city of Hart would receive $1,100, Castro County, $1,465, and Hart ISD, $1,785. The city of Hart must approve the proposal prior to the bid being accepted.
