DETAILS PLAN NEEDSPaula Jo Lemonds of HDR Engineering, explained that the current Hereford water supply includes 70 active and five abandoned wells, 7,475,000 gallons of elevated and ground level storage capacity, a demand of three to five million gallons daily in winter and six to eight million gallons daily in summer, and a declining water supply capacity.
