    Deaf Smith County commissioners appointed Mrs. Alma Mancinas an acting Justice of the Peace, proclaimed April Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month, opted to advertise for seal coating work this summer, and approved software for the District Attorney’s office during a regular meeting March 24 at the Deaf Smith County Courthouse.
