  • As one of his last duties as PRPC Chairman of the Board of Directors, Castro County Sal Rivera presented former Dimmitt city manager BJ Potts (now Tulia city manager) with the Beelee Goodwin Award at the 2024 PRPC Annual Meeting and Banquet held at the First Responders Academyon Sept. 26 in Amarillo. Rivera will continue to serve on the PRPC Executive Board.
