    Dimmitt High School was represented by three lifters at the Texas High School Powerlifting Association in Abilene on May 21.

    Dallas Starkey, Arnoldo Ogaz and Ga’Quorie Chatham were among 269 powerlifters from across the state of Texas competing for top honors in the sport.

    Starkey competed in weight class 114, placing 11th, lifting a total of 800 pounds.
