Lubbock County is set to become the West Texas new vehicle title state processing center for Tesla.
The decision will bring almost $10 million to the county.
Currently Tesla has a backlog of approximately 5,000 transactions, according to Ronnie Keister, Lubbock County tax assessor collector.
