Tulia Elementary School Pumpkin Decorating Contest will be the week of October 27th-30th. Tulia Elementary School is celebrating fall with a no-carve pumpkin decorating contest. Students may decorate a real pumpkin at home and bring it to school to display. Creativity, school spirit, and clean workmanship are encouraged.
