City commissioners found the third time was no charm either in attempting to hear a twice-already postponed report on the 20222023 audit.
They also had to postpone acting on a rezoning request for lack of all commissioners being present, but entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hereford Economic Development Corporation during a regular meeting November 3 at City Hall.
