Debra Kay Lopez, 66, of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, in Littlefield, Texas. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, Jan. 28, at 1 p.m. in the Abundant Life Family Church in Dimmitt, with the Rev. Tom Mullins officiating. Cremation services are under the care of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt.

Debra Lopez was born on Aug. 13, 1955, in Owosso, Michigan to Arthur Dean Cramer and Barbara Jean (McAllister) Cramer. Debra grew up in Laingsburg, Michigan and has been a longtime resident of Dimmitt. Debra loved to play bingo and crochet during her spare time. She was a member of Abundant Life Family Church, and she considered the community of Dimmitt as her family.

Debra is survived by her children, Roger Schaffer and wife Terin of Dimmitt, Dale Schaffer and wife Tasha of South Carolina, Scott Schaffer and wife Samantha of Earth, Joy Hradecky of South Carolina, Karen Schaffer of Dimmitt, Steven Schaffer and Daniel Schaffer, both of Dimmitt; brother, Robert Cramer ,and sister, Kathi Smith, both of Lansing, Michigan; along with 21 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Lopez; and brother, James Cramer.
