DHS One Act Play Reception & Performance. The DHS OAP will be presenting “Her Senior Year” to the public on April 6. At the DMS auditorium. A “Meet the Cast” will begin at 6 p.m.; performance starts at 7 p.m. Admission is free. Public is welcome.

Diabetes Support Group. Rhoads Memorial Library. 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Courtney Lowe, Health Extension Agent with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, will lead the event.

Blue Ribbon Ceremony. Castro County Courthouse Gazebo. 1:30 p.m. Plains Memorial Hospital Trauma Program hosting event to bring awareness about child abuse.

Culpepper & Merriweather Big Top Circus. Dimmitt Rotary is sponsoring. Show times: 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. at 1400 Western Circle Drive. Advance tickets: $12 Adults, $7 Children 7-12 and senior citizens 65 and older. Tickets can be bought at West Texas Coffee, Castro County News, Seale Florist, Junk in the Mix, Bi-Wize, Walking G Stampede Gift Shop, RFCO Tees, Dimmitt City Hall, Dimmitt Recreation and Dimmitt Office Supply.
