Rhoads Memorial Summer Reading Program. The summer theme is Oceans of Possibility. Prizes for completion of reading lists.

DHS XC 5K Color Run & Walk. 9 a.m. $20 per person. Proceeds to to Dimmitt XC.
June 30
District 2 4-H Fishing Extravaganza. 4-H members who have completed K-12th. Clover Kids can enter awards OR fish for free. Register online (June 1-21 - $15; June 22- 29 - $25). For more information, contact Felice at the Extension Office.
July 9
Nazareth German Fest/Suds & Sounds. Great food, childrens games, arts & crafts show, car show, traditional German meal, concert with talented lineup and more. For advance tickets: www. nazsudsnsounds.com.
Aug. 10
Jubilee of Tractors. 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Dameron Park area, Hereford. Parade, bouncy house, barrel train ride, washer tossing tournament, sand volleyball tournament. Register tractors for event, $25. Vendors sign up: $25 local, $50 out-of-town. Call 806-363-7070.

Dimmitt Bluegrass Festival. Castro County Expo. Bands from all over; catered food.Friday/Saturday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. More information to follow at later date.
