-Allen Darrel Ward, 47 of Hereford, was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.

-Roy Sanchez, 33 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Nov. 7

-Jacob Lee Lara, 26 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Assault causes Bodily Injury.

Nov. 8

-Herbin Daniel Garcia Delacruz, 41 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Driving While Intoxicated with B.A.C. over 0.15.

Nov. 9

-Roy Thomas Jr., 47 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for No Driver’s License.

-Eleazar Montes, 33 of Sudan, was booked into jail for inmate housing for Lamb County.

-Julian Martinez, 42 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Theft under $100.

-Jose Antonio Lopez, 21 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Reckless Driving and Racing on Highway.

Nov. 21

-Luis Magna Alba, 31 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Public Intoxication.

-Tanner McDonald, 38 of Lockney, was booked into jail for inmate housing for Floyd County.

Judgments for Nov. 19:

Omero Alcantar Serrano, 51 of Lubbock, pleaded guilty to the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram. He was sentenced to 15 months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-State Jail, plus fines and court costs.

Judgments for Nov. 24:

Alicia Beatrice Rivera, 22 of Hereford, pleaded guilty to the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram. He was sentenced to 18 months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-State Jail, plus fines and court costs.
