Jan. 1

Chad Barron, 29 of Dumas, was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and DWLI with Previous Conviction.

Jose Luis Flores Jr., 29 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for DWI 3rd or More-Failure to Appear in Court.

Jan. 3

Ismael Ramirez, 46 of Hart, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on Traffic Violations.

Andrew Castro, 40 of Lockney, was booked into jail for inmate housing for Floyd County.

Jan. 5

Leonardo Robert Marquez, 40, Littlefield was booked into jail for inmate housing for Lamb County.

Jan. 6

Jorge Javier Pinon, 35 of Floydada, was booked into jail for inmate housing for Floyd County.

Gustavo Espinal Garcia, 27 of Hart, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Member.

Eddy Chavers, 4, of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 under 1 gram-Failure to Appear in Court.

Jan. 7

Asencion Gonzales Vargas Jr., 50 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram.

Jan. 8

Roxanna April Reyes, 34 of Plainview, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Intoxicated.

Jan. 9

Adrian Lee Pleasant, 49 of Floydada, was booked into jail for inmate housing for Floyd County.

Jan. 11

Omar Rodriguez-Silva, 41 of Silverton, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for DWI with B.A.C. greater than 0.15.

Jan. 12

Deanna Birdwell, 52 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Traffic Violations and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams.

Nemecio Villanueva, 24 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Motion to Revoke Probation.

Jan. 14

Ramon Francisco Chavira-Lozano, 63 of Hereford, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for DWI and No Driver’s License.

Brandy Nicole Embry, 32 of Hart, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Terry County warrant for Manufacture/Deliver a Controlled Substance.

Jan. 15

Jana Parker, 47 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on two Castro County warrants for Criminal Trespass.

Roy Thomas, 47 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on two Castro County warrants for Aggravated Assault causes Serious Bodily Injury; Possession of a Controlled Substance; and was charged also with Possession of a Dangerous Drug.

Jan. 16

Austin Escobedo, 25 of Littlefield, was booked into jail for inmate housing for Lamb County.

Jan. 19

Asencion Gonzales Vargas Jr., 50 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Public Intoxication.

Jan. 21

Jesus Francisco Dorantes, 29 of Olton, was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for Possession of Marijuana over 2 ounces-under 4 ounces; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Traffic Violations.

Jan. 26

Mark Anthony Marquez, 22, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for DWI with Open Container.

Vicente Rodriguez, 38 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Assault Family Violence Impede Breath or Circulation.

Jan. 28

Mario Rene Gil, 43 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for DWI with child under 15 years of age.

Jan. 29

Anthony Navarro, 32 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces-Drug Free Zone; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Fleeing from Peace Officer; and Traffic Violations.
