Victor Manuel Nunez, 17 of Hart, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Evading Arrest or Detention with Motor Vehicle.
March 18
Matthew James Cruz, 20 of Hereford, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Marijuana over 4 ouncesunder 5 pounds and Manufacture/Deliver a Controlled Substance PG 2 over 4 gramsunder 400 grams.
Anthony Mata Blas, 23 of Hale Center, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over 4 grams-under 400 grams and Abandon/Endanger a Child Criminal Negligence.

Augustine Ascencio, 31 of Lockney, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Floyd County.
March 20
Bruce Randall Kirchevel, 54 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
March 24
Chrizelda Samarripas, 46 of Floydada, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Floyd County.
March 25
Jacob Ramirez, 38 of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on two Castro County warrants for Terroristic Threat.
Ubaldo Diaz-Reyes, 41 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for DWI with B.A.C. over 0.15.
March 26
Christopher John Castro, 34 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Aggravated Assault against a Public Servant. March 27
Albert Joseph Cano, 29 of Hereford, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Member.
March 28
Eduardo Reyna Barrientos, 21 of Silverton, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Swisher County.
March 29
Fernando Gallardo-Ibarra, 22 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 under 1 gram and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bianca Rose Costa, 28 of Massapequa, New York, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over 4 gramsunder 400 grams.
March 31
Domingo Jimenez Castro, 19 of Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Aroldo Juarez, 21 of Hart, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Public Intoxication and Purchase/Furnish Alcohol to a Minor.
April 1
Arcadio Gamino Garcia, 47 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
April 3
Ronald Joseph Lucero, 38 of Hereford, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Manufacture/Deliver a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams.
Priscilla Rodriguez, 36 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Manufacture/Deliver a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams.
Geronimo Garcia-Rangel, 34 of Lockney, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Floyd County.

Judgments for March 23:
Jesus Moreno, 25 of Dimmitt, pleaded guilty to the original offense of Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail probated for eighteen (18) months, $1,000 fine, $405 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee, and was ordered to donate $100 in food to the Helping Hands Ministry.
Judgments for March 30:
Michelle Pedroza Neri, 37 of Dimmitt, pleaded guilty to the charge of Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $500 fine, $405 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee, and was ordered to donate $100 in food donation to the Helping Hands Ministry.
Martin Adalberto Garica, 25 of Hereford pleaded true to violations of his probation on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces. His probation was revoked, and he was given credit for time already served in jail.

Judgments for March 17:
Gerardo Duane Silva, 24 of Dimmitt, pleaded guilty to the offenses of Arson and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram. On the Arson case he was sentenced to seven (7) years probation, plus fines, court costs and $50 Crime Line Fee. On the Possession charge he was sentenced to five (5) years probation, plus fines and court costs.
