April 4

Nabor Hernandez Jr., 56 of Olton, was transported back to Castro County from Hale County on a Castro County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram-Motion to Revoke Probation.

Jose Gil III, 37 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Public Intoxication.

April 5

Noel Silva, 45 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Assault on a Peace Officer.

April 7

Leonel Castro, 52 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram.

April 9

Everett Cano, 21 of Floydada, was booked into the jail for out of county inmate housing for Floyd County.

April 11

Francisco Castillo Ramirez, 66 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Manufacture/Deliver a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram.

Marco Rivera Jr., 31 of Clovis, New Mexico, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Public Intoxication.

Jesus Espinoza Madrid, 22 of Earth, was transported back to Castro County from Bailey County on a Castro County warrant for Robbery.

April 13

Marcos Velasquez, 29 of Friona, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Public Intoxication.

Ricardo Rodriguez, 28 of Friona, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense.

April 17

Solomon Torres, 40 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Criminal Trespass.

Judgments for April 6: Christopher Zepeda, 35 of Levelland, pleaded guilty to the offense of Driving While Intoxicated. He was sentenced to $1,610 fine, $390 court costs, and $50 Crime Line Fee.

242nd DISTRICT COURT

Danah Ziropoli, presiding judge

Judgments for April 4:

Carlos Morales Dominguez, 24 of San Diego, California, pleaded guilty to the offense of Possession of Marijuana over 5 pounds-under 50 pounds. He was sentenced to three (3) years’ probation plus fines, court costs and other court fees.
