February 1

Ramon Xavier Barrera, 18, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Injury to an Elderly Individual and Interference with Emergency Phone Call.

Raul Hernandez Jr., 19, of Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also charged with an on-site charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams.

February 4

Maria Loeza, 39, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Deaf Smith County warrant for Harassment.

Manuel Lopez Ramos, 28, of Hart was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Assault causes Bodily Injury Family Violence.

February 7

Cruz Quintero, 79, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Public Intoxication.

Joshua Rey Trevino, 29, of Hereford was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Traffic Violations.

February 9

Robert David Arguijo, 30, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for No Driver’s License, No Insurance, Display Fictitious Registration Certificate, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Judgments for February 9, 2021:

Jose Armando Michel-Solorzano, 31, of Hart pled guilty to the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 5 months in the county jail including fines and court costs.

Judgments for February 11, 2021:

Isaiah Arguijo, 22, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charges of Burglary of a Habitation and Manufacture/Deliver a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1. He was sentenced to ten (10) years of probation plus fines, court costs, Crime Line Fees and Attorney Fees on both charges.

Daniela Lopez, 30, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the charge of Manufacture/Deliver a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1. She was sentenced to ten (10) years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division plus fines and court costs.
