Orlando Guerrero, 35 of Plainview, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Illegal Dumping and on-site for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams.

May 4

Adrian Gomez, 42 of Friona, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

Eliseo Chapa Zamora, 22 of Plainview, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Floyd County.

Ramiro Delafuente Jr., 26 of Plainview, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Floyd County.

Fred Espinoza, 34 of Anton, was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol on a Hockley County warrant for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction. .

Judgments for May 20:

Ismael Ramirez Jr., 27 of Dimmitt, pleaded guilty to the charge of Assault Family/Household Member Impede Breath or Circulation. He was sentenced to five (5) years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division, $500 fine, $350 court costs, and $650 Attorney's fees. Ramirez also pleaded guilty to the charge of Publish/Threat to Publish Intimate Visual Materials. He was sentenced to 20 months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-State Jail and a $500 fine.
