June 13

John Roberts Yates, 41 of Happy, was transported back from Swisher County by the Swisher County Sheriff's Office to be booked in on a Castro County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram-Fail to Appear.

Birtie Louise Hardwick, 33 of Fritch, was transported back from Hutchison County by the Sheriff’s Office on a Castro County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams.

June 14

Cory James Back, 35 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a warrant from Castro County for Criminal Trespass-Bond Surrender and for Resisting Arrest, Search or Transportation.

June 16

Adam Velasquez, 32 of Hart, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on two Hale County warrants for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions.

Ezaiah Cristos Martinez, 19 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for DWI with B.A.C. over 0.15 probation violation.

Julian Ivano Agee, 23 of Tucson, Arizona, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Sherman County.

Julian Alexander Kion, 28 of Tucson, Arizona, was booked into jail for out of county inmate housing for Sherman County.

Michael Anthony Reyes, 28 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 4 grams-under 200 grams and Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.

Fernando Gallardo, 22 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Evading Arrest or Detention and Traffic Violations.

June 18

Jose “Joey” Martinez, 41 of Tulia, was arrested in Briscoe County by the Briscoe County Sheriff’s Office and transported to be booked into the jail on Castro County warrants for Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle; Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram; Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over 1 gram-under 4 grams; and Bail Jumping/Fail to Appear-Felony.

Stacey Nicole Buskirk, 31 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Disorderly Conduct-Fighting.

Roy Louis Thomas, 49 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Disorderly Conduct-Fighting.

Roy Sanchez, 35 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jose Guadalupe Perez Salicido, 25 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Purchase/Furnish Alcohol to a Minor.

Kim Ann Back, 33 of Arlington, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram.

Judgments for June 22

Alfred Silva, 20 of Dimmitt, pleaded true to violations of his probation on the charge of Racing on Highway. His probation was revoked and was given credit for time already served in jail.

Eduardo Suarez Hernandez, 31 of Dimmitt, pleaded guilty to the charge of DWI with B.A.C. over 0.15. He was sentenced to six (6) months in jail probated for one (1) year, $1000 fine; $390 court costs, $50 Crime Line fee, and was ordered to donate $100 in food donations to the Helping Hands Ministry in lieu of community service hours.
