CASTRO COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE Persons Arrested & Booked into Jail

July 4 to July 10

All information of persons arrested and booked into the Castro County Jail are open records:

July 9

Drake Reyes, 27 of Hereford, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a warrant for Terroristic Threat of a Public Servant.

Bryce Allen Parker, 33 of Lubbock, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over 1 gram-under 4 grams and Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.

July 10

Jacob Douglas Featherly, 19 of San Antonio, was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for Driving Under the Influence by Minor and Minor in Possession of Alcoholic Beverage.

Viviana Duque, 32 of Dimmitt, was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for DWI 2nd Offense.

Ashton Nathaniel Quilimaco, 18 of Matador, was arrested by the Texas Highway Patrol for DWI 1st Offense.

Ranie Lane Provence, 20 of Amarillo, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Minor in Possession of Alcoholic Beverage and Minor in Possession of Tobacco Products.

Tanner Cade Freeman, 23 of Canyon, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for Furnish/Purchase Alcoholic Beverage for a Minor.

242nd DISTRICT COURT Kregg Hukill, presiding judge

Judgments for July 7 John Robert Yates, 41 of Tulia, pleaded guilty to the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under 1 gram. He was sentenced to nine (9) months in the county jail, $1,500 fine, $350 court costs, Attorney Fees and was ordered to pay $185 in restitution to the Texas DPS Crime Lab.

Jose Martinez Jr., 42 of Tulia, pleaded guilty to the charge of Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle. He was sentenced to seven (7) years of Probation, plus fines, court costs and community service hours. He was ordered to pay $50 Crime Line Fee.

At 5:44 p.m., 2600 blk FM 168, livestock reported on roadway.

At 3:28 p.m., 3000 blk FM 1055, possible grass fire reported;

At 8:14 p.m., 2700 blk FM 1055, reports of water over the roadway;

At 10:18 p.m., 2000 blk FM 1055, livestock reported on roadway;

At 11:14 p.m., 100 blk Main, Hart, unwanted person reported on property.

July 8
