Grand jury hands down indictments

The 242nd District Court grand jury handed down 16 indictments on July 7.

Pricilla Rodriguez, 37, and Ronald Lucero, 39, both of Dimmitt were indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1 over 4 grams and under 200 grams, which is a 2nd degree felony

Francisco Hernandez Chavez, 39 of Hereford, was indicted for assault on a family member violence and impeding breath/circulation, which is a 3rd degree felony.

Noel Alvarez, 25 of Dimmitt, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a 3rd degree felony.

Corbin Beauchamp, 32 of Kansas City, Missouri, and Deanna Birdwell, 54 of Dimmitt, were indicted for tampering with physical evidence, a 3rd degree felony.

Roy Sanchez, 35 of Dimmitt, was indicted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony.

Blanca Quezada, 27 of Dimmitt, was indicted on five counts of fraudulent use and possession of identifying information under five items, a state jail felony.

Brandon Llamas, 21 of Hereford, was indicted for criminal mischief over $2,500 and under $30,000, a state jail felony.

Jose Lorenzo Rodriguez, 55 of Dimmitt, was indicted for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, a state jail felony.

Corbin Beauchamp, 32 of Kansas City, Missouri, Austin Sherman, 38 of Dimmitt, Erica Lopez, 34 of Dimmitt, Jason Starkey, 40 of Dimmitt, and Deanna Birdwell, 54 of Dimmitt, were indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 under 1 gram, a state jail felony.

Matthew Cruz, 20 of Hereford, was indicted for possession of marijuana over 4 ounces and under 5 pounds, a state jail felony.
