A bill pre-filed in the Texas House would ban state cooperation with the enforcement of some federal regulations on oil and gas production in the state.
On Nov. 14, Rep. Brooks Landgraf pre-filed House Bill 33 (HB33) for introduction in the 2023 legislative session. The passage of this bill would set the stage to nullify these regulations in practice and effect.
