The Texas Department of State Health Services (DHSH) in a press release declared the end of the measles outbreak that has been centered in West Texas.
According to the press release, DSHS said it has been more than 42 days since a news case was reported in the counties that previously showed evidence of ongoing transmission. DHSH said it will continue to watch for any new cases.
