In a lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Nov. 8 in Harrison County court and unsealed on Nov. 20, allegations are being made that pharmaceutical companies Pfizer and Tris intentionally concealed and failed to disclose the issues with Quillivant to receive taxpayer-funded benefits through Texas Medicaid, defrauding the state and endangering children.
